At Aspett, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aspett.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Satisfaction Assurance Policy allows you to return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable," opened or used products, and damaged or altered items are not eligible for return.
  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To start the return process, please email our customer service team at service@aspett.com. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@aspett.com. We will assess the situation and discuss options for an exchange or refund based on our discretion.
  6. Care Instructions:

    • Please refer to the care instructions provided with your purchase, as minor imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process are not classified as defects and are generally not covered by our return policy.
