What's Not Covered By The Money-Back Guarantee?

Minor Blemishes

Minor blemishes are not considered defects and are excluded from our money-back guarantee. These may include skin imperfections, such as:

  • Skin blemishes, scratches, marks, indentations, and dents
  • Micro-cuts and slight variations in the skin surface
  • Loose or missing fingernails/toenails
  • Loose or missing eyelashes
  • Minor differences and inconsistencies in facial or body makeup

These minor blemishes can typically be addressed following YourDoll's recommendations.

Finger & Toe Nails

The nails on our dolls may become loose during shipping or after delivery, as we use light glue to allow for easy removal by the buyer. If a nail falls off, simply reattach it using our lash & nail glue.

Loose Eyelashes

To protect the doll’s eyes during shipping, a protective spongy eye mask is applied. If an eyelash becomes detached, you can easily reattach it with our lash & nail glue.

Manufacturing Process

Minor skin blemishes and slight changes in the skin surface resulting from the manufacturing process—such as injection sites, mold seam lines, or scars on silicone heads—are not classified as defects and are not covered by our money-back guarantee.

Shipping Damage

Minor damage that occurs during transit, such as superficial scrapes on the skin or a bent neck, can usually be repaired. YourDoll offers assistance and repair tools for these issues, and customers are encouraged to make reasonable repair attempts based on our guidance.

Handmade Unique Characteristics

All of our sex dolls are handmade, which means each doll is uniquely crafted with slight variations. You will receive photos of your doll before it is shipped from the factory. Should any details significantly differ from your expectations, we are happy to make corrections at your request prior to shipment. 

Slight variations in the doll's facial makeup, areola color, vagina color, and other features may occur due to different screen displays or manual application techniques. While we strive to accurately recreate the makeup shown in photographs, we cannot guarantee a 100% match.
